East Hoathly Children support Comic Relief!

East Hoathly Primary School marked Comic Relief on Friday 19th March with a Superhero Day!

Children and staff were invited to dress up as Superheroes (traditional or ones of their own creation!) and donate to the Red Nose Day charity.

Costumes ranged from Spiderman and Batgirl to children dressing up as family members who they considered to be their superheroes and one member of staff dressing as an East Hoathly School pupil to signify what an inspiring group of children attend the school.

Children also took part in a Talent Show live on the playground and entered a ‘Design a Nose’ competition! The talent on display was amazing – singing, dancing, comedy, guitar and piano playing and even some football talents!

The school (which has 100 children on roll) were thrilled with the generosity and engagement of the school community! The current total raised for Comic Relief is £334 – the largest total ever raised by the school!

Well done to all involved – below are some pictures of the hero’s.
