Nus Ghani said: “This year has been incredibly hard for Wealden’s small businesses and I am aware of the devastating impact of lockdowns on our local economy. Wealden District Council has done a great job in supporting our businesses throughout the spring and summer, and I am delighted that this additional funding has been available to the council to support Wealden’s businesses throughout the second lockdown period. I encourage business owners to check the eligibility criteria of this additional funding and apply for this much needed boost.”
