The High Street will be closed to traffic from 1:30pm to 2:30pm to allow the procession and the car park at the railway station will be FREE from 12 noon until 4pm ONLY. Outside that time a parking ticket will be issued.

The Adult Fancy Dress Judging will take place in Elizabeth Gardens, Grange Road from 6:30pm this evening.

The Tableaux will form up from 6:45 in Bell Lane with roads closing from 7pm to 10pm with no exit from the Luxford Car parks during that time.

There will be Engineering Work on the Uckfield Line this weekend See our story here for plans for the replacement buses.

The grand firework display last night to start the carnival was a big success. Despite some rain, earlier in the evening a large crowd turned out to watch a stunning display which lasted 12 minutes.  See the display here on the Uckfield Facebook group
