Comedy legend Sue Hodge – who played Mimi Lebonq in the popular BBC TV show Allo Allo – is starring in Uckfield’s pantomime Jack and the Beanstalk at the Civic Centre.
Sue, who plays ‘Fairy Cucumber’, Oh yes she does !!! in the pantomime, is not only joined by other actors from stage and screen but also the young stars of Deborah Lamb Theatre Arts based in Uckfield.
The pantomime was really a family affair with Sue directing the production and her husband Keith “Paddington” Richards as Musical Director.
Sue said: “We were all looking forward to coming to Uckfield and putting on a pantomime experience to remember. It is good to be working with Deborah Lamb Theatre Arts and we couldn’t have done the show without them.”
The pantomime ran with sell out audiences from Thursday 13th December to Saturday 15th December at the Civic Centre Uckfield.
