Person you would most like as a guest: Kylie because she’s dynamic; she’s been to that awful place and back (in terms of health) and has come back even stronger … and because she’d just have so much to talk about!

Favourite holiday destination: Mauritius – because I love the Mauritian people, the food, the sand, the sea …oohh I wish I were there right now! It’s also one of those places where it’s acceptable to do absolutely nothing and still have a great time!

Favourite drink: A nice glass of (preferably Biodynamic) ice coldChampagne…if that’s not available I love a long glass of Gin & Tonic with ice and lemon to watch the sun set!
