After back-to-back wins over the past week, AFC Uckfield Town go in search of another three points tomorrow, when victory could move them up into the top half of the table. Uckfield host third-from-bottom Arundel at the Oaks, where kick-off is at 3 pm.

In minor league football, all of our main local village teams have home matches scheduled for tomorrow.

In the Mid Sussex League, Buxted meet Balcombe. Nutley face Sovereign Saints. Ridgewood take on Chagossian and Mauritian Association, whilst Fletching entertain Peacehaven and Telscombe Reserves and Maresfield host Polegate Town Reserves.

Meanwhile, Newick have a cup game at home to Burgess Hill Albion Reserves.

In the Bostik Premier League, third-from-top Lewes entertain third-from-bottom Wingate and Finchley.

And, after their narrow defeat by Liverpool last weekend, it’s another high-profile Premier League clash for Brighton and Hove Albion tomorrow, as they visit the rejuvenated Manchester United.

In rugby union, Uckfield’s first fifteen are without a scheduled fixture this week. Elsewhere, Newick are at home to St Francis of Crawley.
