Uckfield Civic Centre - Boy Who Cried Wolf

Uckfield Revival Classic Vehicle parade

For a fourth year, Uckfield Town Council has organised the Uckfield Revival with more than 80 vehicles signed up to take part in the parade through the High Street.

It made for an interesting and memory-provoking spectacle for many residents and visitors alike.

This year due to the recent rain and safety concerns with Luxford Feld, the cars were relocated to The Station Car Park. Thanks to APCOA and Network Rail for the facilities. The cars departed from The Highlands Inn went the long way round and made their way down through the High Street in the general flow of traffic, a little later than scheduled, to the Station Car Park The vehicles were then on show during the morning and over lunch, where car enthusiasts were able to view the vehicles at close hand.

But you did not have to be mad about cars and other vehicles to enjoy this event. because there was a range of refreshment stalls, including a Pop-Up Bar, Pioppi Pizza, Burgers, Bacon baps, and sweets galore. Children’s entertainment and stalls selling auto memorabilia offered something for everyone.
This was a great fun event for all the family.
