College students to hold a 24 hour challenge for charity

A group of BTEC Business students from Uckfield College are running and cycling non-stop for 24 hours on Saturday 23 November to raise money for MIND.

They said,    ‘We want to play our part in ensuring that everyone suffering from mental health-related problems gets the support and respect they deserve’

‘We want to challenge ourselves physically and mentally whilst also raising money for charity, relieving some of the stress of final year exams and gaining experience of managing and leading an event which will help us in our future careers’

Their target is £1,400 of which they have already raised 26% of the total £376.00

The Just Giving page is called 24 Hour Challenge for MIND (Uckfield College).
