West Park Local Nature Reserve boardwalk

Uckfield Town Council were presented with a report from the Ranger on the poor state of the boardwalk on the West Park Local Nature Reserve.

The boardwalk was constructed in 2002 in order to make public access easier along a stretch of path which has extensive wet areas.

A programme of repairs has been carried out on the boards since 2015.

As a result town councillors agreed to place a provisional £2,000 into the 2019/20 budge and the decision will be made in due course.
